Sure do. We offer a 10% discount to active service members, retired service members, active first responders and senior citizens 62 and older.
Turn around times depend on the season. Some seasons are busier than others. Typically, we offer a two to four business day turnaround however for flat tire service we strive to do same day repairs. We also can make arrangements to speed up delivery of your service if you join our concierge program. If you are in a hurry, please ask about this when you place your order.

Frame & Fork:
Inspection for cracks, dents, or other damage.
Checking alignment.
Wheels & Tires:
Inspection of tires for wear, cuts, and proper inflation.
Checking tire pressure.
Inspection of rims for damage or wear.
Checking wheel hubs for play or roughness.
Basic wheel truing (checking for significant wobbles).
Inspection of skewers or thru-axles for proper tension.
Brakes:
Inspection of brake pads/rotors for wear.
Checking brake caliper alignment and function.
Inspection of brake levers for proper operation.
Checking brake cables/hoses for damage or wear.
Basic brake adjustments to ensure they engage properly.
Drivetrain:
Inspection of the chain for wear and proper lubrication.
Checking chainrings and cassette for wear.

It's important to note that this inspection primarily focuses on safety and identifying potential issues. While it may include minor adjustments (like centering brakes or a basic gear check), it is not a full tune-up.
The time it takes to repair a bike depends on the issue. We will provide an estimate when you bring in your bike for repair.
Yes! All service work is guaranteed for 30 days with exceptions for accident or abuse by the ride.
Absolutely! Once your warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, we will happily schedule an appointment to handle the necessary repairs.
We accept cash, personal checks (with name-matching state ID), and all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. Mobile services will require a non-refundable deposit.
At this time we do not sell bicycles or parts. If you want a special part or accessory for your bike, please order it and once it's delivered we will install it for you based on our hourly shop rate. We only guarantee our installation service - not the part or accessory.
